I got into technology as a kid, starting with video game consoles. That curiosity grew into messing with old laptops and PCs and hacking game consoles. Despite this, I did not pursue IT as a career right away. I did not study IT during or after high school, but later in life, I realized it was my true passion. My technical background, combined with years of working customer service jobs, made me a better IT professional.
